Green Tea + Jasmine Flower
How To Brew:
1 tsp. at 170F for 2 minutes
170F = just before a full boil
Jasmine flowers are a perfect floral component to add to tea. The tea is easily able to absorb the aroma and flavour profile of this delicate flower. Typically the green tea is plucked and stored to wait for the jasmine flowers to bloom. Once the Jasmine flowers have been plucked they are added to the green tea in the evening when the flowers are the most fragrant. The flowers are left with the tea for up to 4 hours at a time, then most are removed from the tea. The jasmine left in the tea are strictly for aesthetic purposes.
