Sweet, vegetal steamed tea leaf. From Kagoshima, Japan this leaf is grown near a volcano. It is typical for the farmers to wipe the leaf of volcanic ash, giving this Green Tea wonderful characteristics.
How To Brew:
1 tsp. at 170F for 2 minutes
170F = just before a full boil
Camellia Sinensis Sencha green tea plants are a bit different to other forms of green tea. The plant is exposed to direct sunlight throughout its life, producing mass amounts of Vitamin C. Our Sencha leaves are steamed when processed keeping the nutritional content in tact, with beautiful smooth vegetal notes.
This has been my go -to tea especially for the colder weather! It's literally comfort in a cup :)

Sensational Green Tea
I am in love with this green tea, down to the last little bit of leaves. I am not sure what I will do without it. I drink this tea anytime of day as I do love having something hot to sip on all day and this one is perfect, the flavour is great, just the right strength and it's quite refreshing. I reuse the leaves and make two-three pots, it only gets stronger with time
Great start to any morning
I start my day with a cup of this green tea in the morning. Tastes and smells fantastic. For those who like green tea you will love this. It gets you cracking for a great day.
Yum. Drink up 🙂
